Who is KettyBot?
With a minimalist design and a compact size, KettyBot is perfectly designed to fit any hospitality venue as a delivery and reception robot with a customisable advertising front screen.
KettyBot Modes
KettyBot has multiple modes to attract customer service and speedy service in a multitude of ways.
Birthday Mode
KettyBot can deliver birthday cakes accompanied by the birthday song, giving customers a strong sense of happiness and satisfaction.
Cruise Mode
KettyBot can cruise in specific areas to provide customers with free snacks and drinks, accompanied by broadcasts about services and promotions.
Greeting & Escorting
KettyBot's screen wakes up when customers approach, and will then greet customers. The customer will interact with Ketty, and the robot can then escort the customer to their destination.
Multi-Table Delivery
Multiple tables can be served in one run with accurate positioning and optimal path planning. Achieve more with less!
Dish Delivery Mode
KettyBot collects leftovers and plates and returns them to the dish washing room for boosting the turnaround efficiency
Customer Interaction
The cute, fun features of the bot make it easy to gain customer’s attention and provide great service. KettyBot will stay idle, allowing customers to ask Ketty for menu information, venue navigation, or even browsing product videos.

Customisable Front Screen Media
With a front display, you can advertise all your menu specials and upcoming events. Or even collaborate with local companies and promote their services.
Bot-To-Bot Connections
Each robot can directly communicate with any other robot in the same network, while quickly calculating and making decisions. This design reduces the requirements needed for the network, and requires less computing power.
Automatic Charging
KettyBot can automatically put itself on charge when the battery is running low. When Ketty warns the user of low battery, with a simple click of a button Ketty can travel to the charging dock where it will charge itself.
Two Forms for Greater Versatility
KettyBot features two forms enabled by the removable trays and rear cover. This gives the robot more flexibility to perform every task in the best way possible.
Contactless Ordering
Here at SPARK, we are one of the worlds first to introduce Robotic ordering. As seen above, on our KettyBot, an order can be made on the screen. Once a customer has completed their order, the robot will integrate with our payment device and will spin around to allow the customer to pay. After the payment has been confirmed, the order will be instantly sent to the KDS for the chefs to start cooking the order.
What are Ketty's key functions?
KettyBot is a Delivery & Reception Robot, with two trays and a collecting box KettyBot has the capability to deliver items to customers.
How does Ketty know how to move around a venue?
Each robot is fitted with Laser SLAM and Visual SLAM technology to ensure easy navigating through a venue. Locations will be mapped on the bot so it knows the points of A and B.
How does Ketty charge and how long does it take?
Each robot takes 4.5 hours to charge. KettyBot has the ability to self charge, when Ketty's battery is low the user picks self charge and Ketty will take itself to the charging dock to charge.
Once charged, Ketty will last up to 8 hours.
Are there any variations of Ketty?
Ketty comes in two colours, Beige Yellow or Salt White
